This will depend on how well you make a cup of tea and what biscuit you put with it!
What if I haven’t found a property yet?

This doesn’t neccessarily mean you can’t go on the market. You will be in a much stronger position if you find a property when you’re sold or even on the market, so you have less chance of missing out on your dream home.
